a. Discount Rate: 25%
ALC Press will offer a 25% discount off the retail price in Japanese yen (JPY) to a distributor of any publications listed on this website.
b. Advance Payment
Goods will be shipped as soon as ALC confirms receipt of payment from the distributor having placed the order.
c. Payment in JPY
Payment must be made in JPY.
d. Shipping at distributor’s expense
Shipping and insurance (if necessary) charges for ordered goods must be covered by the distributor.
e. No Return
ALC will not accept return of any ordered items unless they have defects such as missing pages or pages printed upside down, etc.
f. Minimum order value: 100,000 yen.
g. Contract term: one year
The contract will be renewed automatically unless either of the two parties notifies the other of the termination three months prior to the expiration date.
ALC will allow distributors to set their own prices for ALC publications sold in their own territories.

ALC will send new publication information to distributors in a speedy manner.

As a first step, please complete the contact form A available on this website and send it to us. Please include any questions you may have on the form. We will reply to you within three business days of receiving the completed form from you.
b. Check the draft copy of the distributor agreement sent via e-mail by ALC Press.
After clarifying any questions each of us may have, ALC will send you a draft copy of the distributor agreement for you to check. Please confirm that everything is OK.
c. Sign two original copies of the agreement sent via post by ALC Press.
We will send you two original copies of the agreement signed by our president and stamped with the corporate seal. Please sign and authorize them and send one copy back to us by post.
a. We will confirm receipt of the signed agreement from you, and then send you an order form via e-mail. Using the form, you can place an order with us at any time.
b. We will confirm receipt of a signed order form from you within three business days of receiving it.
c. We will then send you an invoice in JPY via e-mail, while preparing to ship the ordered items.
d. After confirming receipt of payment from you, we will ship the goods to you by way of shipment as agreed upon beforehand. We will let you know the expected delivery date.
